Our Private Client Department is dedicated to giving clients peace of mind by assisting them to safeguard their own financial position now, and should they lose capacity at any time to ensure the smooth transfer of their estates to their chosen recipients.

This might include giving advice concerning the mitigation of inheritance tax and other personal taxes during clients' lifetime, or devising post-death strategies to assist families of deceased clients.

We can help with drawing up Wills and provide this service on a competitive fixed fee basis, we can help you administer the Estates of loved ones; we can also make arrangements for your financial affairs to be dealt with on your behalf in the event of you losing mental capacity to manage yourself.
