Busy property department receives glowing reviews of work

October 25, 2023

Watsons Solicitors’ property department remains “incredibly busy” – and it’s not difficult to see why after some glowing testimonials.

The Warrington-based firm has avoided a downturn in activity despite soaring mortgage rates and the cost-of-living crisis thanks to a reputation built on years of high-quality conveyancing.

An insight into the service provided by Watsons and the three-strong team of Chris Illingworth, Lauren Hosie, and Steve Martin was provided by one glowing reference.

It reads: “Treated with respect by all. Kind helpful staff on reception. Easy to get answers to any concerns. Very positive experience. Very efficient.”

There were some more personal testimonials for the experienced Steve, with a pleased client writing: “Mr Martin has handled the sale/purchase of two properties for me in the past 12 months. I wouldn’t have returned to him if not satisfied."

That praise was supported by another individual, who added: “Always use Steve Martin, good service and reasonable charges. Already recommended you to family and friends."

Residential conveyancing solicitor Chris was also complimented for his fine work with a happy customer writing: “I would like to express my sincere gratitude throughout this process as my solicitor. I really appreciate your timely responses and your attention to detail. I am grateful for the amazing legal work you did on my behalf.”

Danny Hudson, partner and a member of the family department at the law firm, which is situated in the heart of the town, savours each and every piece of feedback.

He said: “Despite other firms reporting a decline in activity Watsons remains incredibly busy.

“The amount of work the property department carries out is an indication of how highly thought of the team is.

“It is always wonderful to receive praise for what we do, however, and the testimonials serve to highlight how professional and knowledgeable our solicitors are.”

Anyone who wants to provide a testimonial can do so by emailing the solicitor or paralegal they dealt with.
