Kailey Doyle feels like she has been at Watsons Solicitors forever after settling straight into life as the newest member of the conveyancing department.

Joining Chris Illingworth, Lauren Hosie, and Louise Turner, Kailey, who has close to 20 years of experience, will strengthen the expertise of a busy property team.

Offering advice and support throughout every step of each transaction, Kailey thrives in building relationships with her clients to ensure that the process is efficient and satisfactory for all parties.

She said: “When I met with Chris and Latham (Parry, managing partner) I had a great feeling, and that has been reaffirmed since starting at Watsons as everyone has been so warm and welcoming.

“I’m not one to hop between jobs, so to find a place like this is what you look for when you do find yourself on the move.

“You only have to take one look at the work Watsons does in the community and speak with the team in place here to know that it’s a positive environment.”

Having “accidentally fallen” into residential conveyancing almost two decades ago, Kailey’s vast expertise will prove invaluable in Warrington.

The keen horse rider added: “I was originally a nursery nurse before changing paths and moving up the ladder, from receptionist to a legal assistant and now a senior conveyancer.

“I’ve done every aspect of the role, which gives me a good grounding in what to expect, learning from experiences and helping other members of the team when required.”

Chris, partner and member of the largest conveyancing department in Warrington, is glad to have Kailey as part of his team.

He said: “It’s evident from Kailey’s history in the world of property that she is hugely knowledgeable, and her skillset will help strengthen us.

“Her passion for conveyancing was clear as soon as Latham and I met with her, so we were thrilled when Kailey accepted an offer to join Watsons.

“We can’t wait to see her and the team grow over the coming weeks and months.”
