Watsons Solicitors is spreading Christmas cheer in the Warrington business community by putting its best foot forward.
The law firm, based in the heart of the town, has once again given its backing to Stand Out Socks, which is supporting Cash for Kids this festive period.
The charity helps children and young people affected by poverty, abuse, neglect, life-limiting illness and those with additional needs, with thousands facing the prospect of waking up on 25 December with no presents to open.
Having raised £3,000 for the worthy cause in 2024, Stand Out Socks is hoping to beat that total through its Mission Christmas Socks design, which was designed by nine-year-old Jessica.
Danny Hudson, partner and member of the family department at Watsons, said: “Stand Out Socks is a brilliant success story in the Warrington business community and it’s wonderful to see the incredible work they do in the town and beyond.
“Our backing of the company will also make a real difference to Cash for Kids and its desire to help struggling families this Christmas.
“It really hits home when you hear that some children won’t be opening presents on Christmas morning.
“We want to play a part, however small, in helping rectify that, and by providing gifts for clients, we can do just that.”

Watsons is also sponsoring the Warrington Women in Business Christmas networking lunch at the Village Hotel on Wednesday 3 December.
With another year of uncertainty on the horizon, there will be an opportunity to network and list to guest speaker Angela Bentley, who is a business growth specialist and keynote speaker.
The certified Wim Hof method instructor will talk about the benefits of time to yourself, mindfulness, movement, and exposure to cold.
Danny added: “Speaking to the team here at Watsons, this event is always hugely popular.
“I expect it will be a similar situation this year where likeminded individuals can gather and talk about the previous 12 months and what the future might hold.”
